The location and view were fantastic, perfect for enjoying the beauty of Nainital. The rooftop duplex rooms were spacious and ideal for families with kids. The hotel had new construction and a neat infrastructure, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

We loved the breathtaking view from the rooftop duplex rooms. The new construction of the hotel impressed us and the neat infrastructure added to the charm. Cleanliness was exceptional, and hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel had good transportation options, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious.
Could not be improved in any way.

The spacious rooms at Fabhotel Prime Olive Lake View provided a comfortable stay. The location and view from the hotel were also impressive. I would recommend this hotel for families, especially those with kids who can enjoy the rooftop duplex rooms.
Drawbacks: While the rooms were spacious, they had an unpleasant fishy smell. Additionally, there were issues with amenities such as non-functioning TV and electric kettle.

What a romantic escape! The hotel was the perfect location for a couple's getaway. The fresh mountain air and breathtaking views were a fabulous change from the hustle and bustle of the city. The newly renovated rooms were spotless, and the plush bedding added a touch of luxury to our stay. But what we enjoyed most were the complimentary breakfast and dinner. Such a lovely gesture that made our stay feel even more special.
We found some drawbacks during our stay. Although the hotel's website promised rooms with lake or mountain views, we were disappointed that our room had no view at all.
